The best way to reach us is by phone. Whether it’s a lost, found or injured animal, an adoption question or any other request, give us a call and our team will be glad to help. 

Calls are answered by the City’s call center Monday – Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM. After hours and on federal holidays, calls are handled by the City’s answering service.  

If you are reporting a deceased animal, you can call it in, or report it through the City’s online service request portal at https://cityoffresno.my.site.com/FresGo311/s/

The Fresno Animal Center is open Daily from 10 AM to 4 PM (closed on Thursdays).
